03/05 Philippians 4:8
8 And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.
THINK
Think about the things that edify. Keep your mind focused on Jesus. Pray without ceasing. Read the Word desperately as if your life depended on it and it does. Jesus loves you.
03/04 Philippians 4:6-7
6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
PEACE
Pray. Don’t worry. Be about the Lord’s business. Recognize His presence. Get to know Him. His peace will descend upon your mind and your heart and your life will change dramatically. Love the Lord. Love the people around you. Stop hating. Start loving. Life will be good.
03/03 Philippians 3:20-21
20 But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior. 21 He will take our weak mortal bodies and change them into glorious bodies like his own, using the same power with which he will bring everything under his control.
REWARD
Our reward for living and serving the Lord right now is life like His. He is calling us to recognize the prize we are working for and you and I need to be at His service right now. Serve Him now. Praise Him now. Seek to know Him now. Jesus is Lord. Let Him be Lord of your life right now.
03/02 Philippians 3:13-14
13 No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, 14 I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us.
TIME
Time is not our friend. Time goes by and we think about and worry about what has been. We can only change what we do now and what we will do tomorrow. Self-discipline is the key not our regrets. Look to Jesus and let Him change you right now. Join the race. Do it now. Now is the only time you have. Do it now.
03/01 Philippians 3:1
1 Whatever happens, my dear brothers and sisters, rejoice in the Lord. I never get tired of telling you these things, and I do it to safeguard your faith.
IMPORTANT
We are called to rejoice in the Lord. This is important. It releases our faith into our immediate activities. Whatever is happening the Lord is in control. Whatever we are going through the Lord is in control. We rejoice in the Lord and it signifies that we are under His control. Therefore rejoice brethren, again I say rejoice.
02/28 2 Corinthians 5:7
7 For we live by believing and not by seeing.
BELIEVE
Lord I believe, help my unbelief. I believe but I act like a pagan. Lord change me-help my unbelief. I believe but I worry myself sick. Lord change me-help my unbelief. Every area of my life needs to be brought under your personal belief in God. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved. Believe in Him.
02/27 2 Corinthians 5:1
1 For we know that when this earthly tent we live in is taken down (that is, when we die and leave this earthly body), we will have a house in heaven, an eternal body made for us by God himself and not by human hands.
HOME
We have a home in heaven. It is a home that is made by the Lord God Himself. It will never suffer decay. Those there ahead of us know where we will be. Our Lord is a good God and He has made every little thing for us in His kingdom.
02/26 1 Corinthians 16:13-14
13 Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong. 14 And do everything with love.
YOU
The call to accountability is a personal call. Each one of us is called to accountability before the Lord. What we do, what we think, how we live is each an avenue of accountability. Make mistake about this, the Lord knows you and every little thing about you.
02/25 1 Corinthians 15:1-4
1 Let me now remind you, dear brothers and sisters, of the Good News I preached to you before. You welcomed it then, and you still stand firm in it. 2 It is this Good News that saves you if you continue to believe the message I told you—unless, of course, you believed something that was never true in the first place. 3 I passed on to you what was most important and what had also been passed on to me. Christ died for our sins, just as the Scriptures said. 4 He was buried, and he was raised from the dead on the third day, just as the Scriptures said.
MESSAGE
Jesus is alive. He was raised from the dead by the power of God. He is alive and He lives in you. Blessed be the name of the Lord.
02/24 1 Corinthians 13:13
13 Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.
LOVE
Love lasts. Love heals. Love forgives-even the unlovely. Love is the element that makes us most like the Father. He calls us to love one another. That really changes a life.
