02/14 Psalm 23:6
6 Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the LORD forever.
NOW
Now we dream and yearn for the future when the future is in us. Jesus is the future and He is the now. Now we have an eternal relationship and are equipped for good works and eternal service.
02/13 Psalm 20:4
4 May he grant your heart’s desires and make all your plans succeed.
SUCCESS
Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith. He stands with us through thick and thin and He is the giver of success. We seek to serve Him. We want to do what He leads us to do. Jesus is our success.
02/12 Lamentations 3:22-23
22 The faithful love of the LORD never ends! His mercies never cease. 23 Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.
TOMORROW
Tomorrow morning when I wake up the Lord’s mercies begin fresh and new. Every day the Lord pours out His love, forgiveness, faithfulness, mercies and grace above and beyond what I need. He always gives me beyond what I need, beyond what I can comprehend-He knows my name and loves me.
02/11 Proverbs 19:21
21 You can make many plans, but the LORD ’s purpose will prevail.
PLAN
Plan your life but always understand that the Lord may change it. Listen to Him morning noon and night. Clamor for His presence with praises and pleas. Jesus is Lord. He will not hide His plan for your life from you. In fact the Lord is more concerned that we know His plan than we are.
02/10 Psalm 138:1-2
1 I give you thanks, O LORD, with all my heart; I will sing your praises before the gods. 2 I bow before your holy Temple as I worship. I praise your name for your unfailing love and faithfulness; for your promises are backed by all the honor of your name.
PRAISE
I praise the Lord for all of His wisdom, mercy, and grace poured out on me. He is Lord. He is Lord. Thank you Lord Jesus for loving me and your wonderful faithfulness to me. Today as I face the world I know that you are here with me. Praise the Lord.
02/09 Psalm 116:1-2
1 I love the LORD because he hears my voice and my prayer for mercy. 2 Because he bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath!
HEARS
The Lord listens to you. He hears your pleas, He knows your pain and He will provide. Jesus is Lord.
02/08 Hebrews 10:23-25
23 Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. 24 Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. 25 And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.
TRUSTED
God is to be trusted. He is trustworthy. Nothing else is. Remember this. Do not be angry when someone violates your trust-only Jesus is totally trustworthy. Kings and kingdoms will come and go but Jesus is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. Jesus can be trusted.
02/07 Hebrews 10:18-22
18 And when sins have been forgiven, there is no need to offer any more sacrifices. 19 And so, dear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus. 20 By his death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy Place. 21 And since we have a great High Priest who rules over God’s house, 22 let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed with pure water.
FORGIVEN
When we come into the Family of God by asking Jesus to save us we are forgiven. His shed blood covers our sin. The Father now sees us alive in Christ. He is Lord.
02/06 Hebrews 10:10
10 For God’s will was for us to be made holy by the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ, once for all time.
HOLY
We are not holy because of our actions. We are holy because Jesus Christ, Lord and Savior died for our sin on the Cross and was raised from the dead by the power of the Almight God who then seated Him at His right hand. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.
02/05 Hebrews 10:-9
8 First, Christ said, “You did not want animal sacrifices or sin offerings or burnt offerings or other offerings for sin, nor were you pleased with them” (though they are required by the law of Moses). 9 Then he said, “Look, I have come to do your will.” He cancels the first covenant in order to put the second into effect.
CHRIST
JESUS is all and in all and He is our covenant. Christ is the center of our existence and we put all confidence in Him. He is alive and He lives in me.
