MARCH 20 – CARE

03/20          Matthew 7:12

“Do to others whatever you would like them to do to you. This is the essence of all that is taught in the law and the prophets.

CARE

The most important people in your life are those right around you.  Changing the world begins in you and it will involve changing the way you treat those around you.  Do the next right thing.  Care for others the way you want to be cared for and your life will be radically changed.

MARCH 19 – LOVE

03/19          Matthew 7:9-11

“You parents—if your children ask for a loaf of bread, do you give them a stone instead? 10 Or if they ask for a fish, do you give them a snake? Of course not! 11 So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask him.

LOVE

Ask the Lord for what you need and He will always respond.  He loves you.  Every thought the Lord has of you is a thought for good.  Are you hurting spiritually?  Ask the Lord for healing.  Are you hurting physically?  Ask the Lord for healing.  You belong to the Lord and He will take care of you.

MARCH 18 – REWARDED

03/18          Matthew 7:8

For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.

REWARDED

We are rewarded for constantly seeking Him.  We are blessed with His presence.  Guided by His wisdom.  Encouraged by His activity in our life.  Jesus is Lord.

MARCH 17 – CONSTANTLY

03/17          Matthew 7:7

“Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.

CONSTANTLY

There is an urgent need in our life.  We constantly need Jesus.  We need Him every minute of every hour of every day of our life.  We can do nothing without Him for Jesus is life itself.  He is Lord and we seek His presence all the time.

MARCH 16 – WISE

03/16          Matthew 7:6
“Don’t waste what is holy on people who are unholy. Don’t throw your pearls to pigs! They will trample the pearls, then turn and attack you.

WISE
Be as wise as serpents and as harmless as doves.  People count with the Lord and so do you.  Be careful what you say and to whom you say it.  The Lost do not appreciate the things of the Lord and it is important to remember that we cannot disciple.  We are called to testify to them about Jesus.  Beyond that we are simply talking to the air.

MARCH 15 – BE

03/15          Matthew 7:3-5

“And why worry about a speck in your friend’s eye when you have a log in your own? 4 How can you think of saying to your friend, ‘Let me help you get rid of that speck in your eye,’ when you can’t see past the log in your own eye? 5 Hypocrite! First get rid of the log in your own eye; then you will see well enough to deal with the speck in your friend’s eye.

BE
Be aware of your own bias.  Be ready to change.  We always identify the worst sins as those that we don’t do.  Be quick to forgive and do not judge.

MARCH 14 – SEE

03/14          Matthew 7:1-2

“Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. 2 For you will be treated as you treat others. The standard you use in judging is the standard by which you will be judged.

SEE

Do you see what the Lord is saying?  Look at yourself and the demands you make from others.  How do you evaluate others?  Look at your standard of evaluation and that is the standard by which you will be judged.  Do not judge others.

MARCH 13 – YES

03/13          Luke 22:69-71
But from now on the Son of Man will be seated in the place of power at God’s right hand. ” 70 They all shouted, “So, are you claiming to be the Son of God?” And he replied, “You say that I am.” 71 “Why do we need other witnesses?” they said. “We ourselves heard him say it.”

YES
Yes, Jesus is the Son of God, the Creator of all things and is now at the right of the Father interceding for us even now.  If you know Jesus, you know the Father.  He brings us into the presence of the Lord High God.  Jesus is the one and only way to the Father.  He is Lord.

MARCH 12 – BELIEVE

03/12          Luke 22:66-68
At daybreak all the elders of the people assembled, including the leading priests and the teachers of religious law. Jesus was led before this high council, 67 and they said, “Tell us, are you the Messiah?” But he replied, “If I tell you, you won’t believe me. 68 And if I ask you a question, you won’t answer.

BELIEVE
Jesus knew their heart.  He knows your heart.  Do you believe?  Believe in Jesus.  He is the only way to the Father.  He is Lord.

MARCH 11 – WORLD

03/11          Luke 22:63-65

The guards in charge of Jesus began mocking and beating him. 64 They blindfolded him and said, “Prophesy to us! Who hit you that time?” 65 And they hurled all sorts of terrible insults at him.

WORLD
The world always ridicules Jesus.  It will ridicule you too.  Remember that you cannot turn to the world for direction in following Jesus.  Only Jesus can give you the proper direction.
