09/29 Psalm 119:146-149
I cry out to you; save me, that I may obey your decrees. 147 I rise early, before the sun is up; I cry out for help and put my hope in your words. 148 I stay awake through the night, thinking about your promise. 149 In your faithful love, O LORD, hear my cry; in your justice, save my life.
NEED
LORD my need is great. My confidence is high. I trust you Lord. Thank You Lord for Your faithfulness. I am so grateful I can turn to You. You are faithful and true. I love you Jesus.

09/28 Psalm 119:145
I pray with all my heart; answer me, LORD! I will obey your principles.
HEAR
I know the Lord hears me. Jesus is always interceding for me and He is my Lord. I am in need of You Lord. Thank you for listening to me. Praise the name of the Lord. He is victorious and all-powerful. The Lord is my God.

09/27 Psalm 119:143-144
As pressure and stress bear down on me, I find joy in your commands. 144 Your decrees are always fair; help me to understand them that I may live.
UNDERSTAND
Lord I want to understand Your commands. Sin blocks my sight. Hold on to me as you lead me through each day. Do not let me go Lord Jesus for I am such a great sinner. Your love nurtures me, Your strength and faithfulness equip me, thank You Lord Jesus.

09/26 Psalm 119:140
Your promises have been thoroughly tested; that is why I love them so much. 141 I am insignificant and despised, but I don’t forget your commandments. 142 Your justice is eternal, and your law is perfectly true.
PROMISES
I love you Lord. Your promises to me guide me through the fog of sin. You have woven Your love in my soul, given me a new heart and encouraged me to live and act with the full knowledge that You are here with me. Thank you Lord for your 7,000 plus promises in your Word, the Bible. Thank You.

09/25 Psalm 119:139
I am overwhelmed with rage, for my enemies have disregarded your words.
RIGHT
Lord I want to think the right thoughts and do the right thing. Help me not to get distracted. Do not let me stumble over my own self-righteousness. I will not stumble as long as You are the focus of my life. Equip me to pay attention to what You say and to do what You have called me to do.

09/24 Psalm 119:136-138
Rivers of tears gush from my eyes because people disobey your law. 137 O LORD, you are righteous, and your decisions are fair. 138 Your decrees are perfect; they are entirely worthy of our trust.
WORTHY
Lord Jesus everything about YOU is worthy of our devotion, trust and thoughts. You are perfect. We want to be like you. Help us Lord to pray for others and seek to be like You. Jesus You are worthy.

Look down on me with love; teach me all your principles.
LOVE
I am grateful for Your love Lord Jesus. Your love for me never ceases and never lessens. Your love for me is always total and I am grateful. Without Your love Lord I could not exist.

09/22 Psalm 119:134
Rescue me from the oppression of evil people; then I can obey your commandments.
SHEEP
I am like a sheep Lord and I know this. I can do nothing without You. Evil people oppress me and I am imprisoned until You break my chains. Give me Your wisdom and power that I break with evil and follow You. Thank you Lord Jesus. I need YOU.

09/21 Psalm 119:133
Guide my steps by your word, so I will not be overcome by any evil.
WALK
Lord as I walk the path You have put me on help me to hear Your Word. As I read Your Word etch it upon my heart that I might not sin against You. Lord I can do nothing without Your strength and Your wisdom.

09/20 Psalm 119:130-132
As your words are taught, they give light; even the simple can understand them. 131 I open my mouth, panting expectantly, longing for your commands. 132 Come and show me your mercy, as you do for all who love your name.
HELP
Help Lord. I don’t know how to say the right thing. I persist in doing those things that do not honor YOU. Fill my mind, my heart, and my actions with Your wisdom, mercy, grace and peace. You alone comfort me Jesus. I love you.
