06/24          Colossians 2:1

I want you to know how much I have agonized for you and for the church at Laodicea, and for many other friends who have never known me personally.

PRAY

Pray for your friends and for yourself. Pray for those that mistreat you and for your enemies. Pray. In prayer we find strength. We get closer to Jesus. He gives us a growing awareness of the tremendous needs in the world as we pray. Please each day in every way pray.

06/23          Colossians 1:29

I work very hard at this, as I depend on Christ’s mighty power that works within me.

SURRENDER

If I surrender my life to Jesus He will work in and thru me to guide me and equip me to face the evil that attacks us at every opportunity. Let go and Let Jesus and He will never disappoint you. He is Lord.

06/22          Colossians 1:28

So everywhere we go, we tell everyone about Christ. We warn them and teach them with all the wisdom God has given us, for we want to present them to God, perfect in their relationship to Christ.

JESUS

Jesus is Lord. There is no other way to the Father than thru Jesus. He loves you. This relationship with Jesus is a free gift from Him. Jesus is Lord.

06/21          Colossians 1:27

For it has pleased God to tell his people that the riches and glory of Christ are for you Gentiles, too. For this is the secret: Christ lives in you, and this is your assurance that you will share in his glory.

JESUS
Jesus is alive and well and He resides in you. Amazing thought isn’t it? The Creator of the Universe loves you and is available to direction, wisdom, mercy and grace to your life.

06/20          Colossians 1:26

This message was kept secret for centuries and generations past, but now it has been revealed to his own holy people.

MESSAGE
The message is that the Lord Himself has provided for our forgiveness and inclusion in the Family of God. This forgiveness is a FREE GIFT. We don’t earn it. We don’t hold on to it. Jesus has a hold on you and He will never let you go.ME

06/19          Colossians 1:25

God has given me the responsibility of serving his church by proclaiming his message in all its fullness to you Gentiles.

GOSPEL

You too can be saved. Ask Jesus into your heart and He says you will be saved. Don’t let your sin pull the wool over your eyes. You can be saved. Jesus is Lord. When He is Lord of your life sharing the Gospel becomes a part of who you are.

06/18          Colossians 1:24

I am glad when I suffer for you in my body, for I am completing what remains of Christ’s sufferings for his body, the church.

SUFFER

We will suffer for the Gospel. The world will ignore most of what we say. We may even be stoned and ostracized for proclaiming the Gospel. Remember you belong to Him and He will always keep you. Live with courage.

06/17          Colossians 1:23

But you must continue to believe this truth and stand in it firmly. Don’t drift away from the assurance you received when you heard the Good News. The Good News has been preached all over the world, and I, Paul, have been appointed by God to proclaim it.

SIN

Sin will tell you a lot of lies. Here is the truth: when Jesus saves you, you are saved. Sin will tell you see how you act. Jesus says you belong to me and I will never let you go. Salvation is a gift. You can’t earn it. Jesus saved you.

06/16          Colossians 1:21-22

This includes you who were once so far away from God. You were his enemies, separated from him by your evil thoughts and actions, 22 yet now he has brought you back as his friends. He has done this through his death on the cross in his own human body. As a result, he has brought you into the very presence of God, and you are holy and blameless as you stand before him without a single fault.

SIN

We condemn the sin others do and somehow or another reclassify our sin as little mistakes or forget them altogether. Sin is sin. It is evil. It is dark. It hampers our relationship with the Father. Ask the Lord to point out your sin. Then when the Holy Spirit touches your heart, stop and ask the Lord for forgiveness. Keep short accounts with Jesus.

06/15          Colossians 1:19-20

For God in all his fullness was pleased to live in Christ, 20 and by him God reconciled everything to himself. He made peace with everything in heaven and on earth by means of his blood on the cross.

RECONCILED

The Lord Jesus Christ has reconciled us to the Father. He forgives us, gives us His righteousness and brings us into the Family of God. Rejoice Jesus is indeed Lord.
