09/25 Psalm 119:139
I am overwhelmed with rage, for my enemies have disregarded your words.
RIGHT
Lord I want to think the right thoughts and do the right thing. Help me not to get distracted. Do not let me stumble over my own self-righteousness. I will not stumble as long as You are the focus of my life. Equip me to pay attention to what You say and to do what You have called me to do.

Rivers of tears gush from my eyes because people disobey your law. 137 O LORD, you are righteous, and your decisions are fair. 138 Your decrees are perfect; they are entirely worthy of our trust.
WORTHY
Lord Jesus everything about YOU is worthy of our devotion, trust and thoughts. You are perfect. We want to be like you. Help us Lord to pray for others and seek to be like You. Jesus You are worthy.

Look down on me with love; teach me all your principles.
LOVE
I am grateful for Your love Lord Jesus. Your love for me never ceases and never lessens. Your love for me is always total and I am grateful. Without Your love Lord I could not exist.
09/22 Psalm 119:134
Rescue me from the oppression of evil people; then I can obey your commandments.
SHEEP
I am like a sheep Lord and I know this. I can do nothing without You. Evil people oppress me and I am imprisoned until You break my chains. Give me Your wisdom and power that I break with evil and follow You. Thank you Lord Jesus. I need YOU.

Guide my steps by your word, so I will not be overcome by any evil.
WALK
Lord as I walk the path You have put me on help me to hear Your Word. As I read Your Word etch it upon my heart that I might not sin against You. Lord I can do nothing without Your strength and Your wisdom.
09/20 Psalm 119:130-132
As your words are taught, they give light; even the simple can understand them. 131 I open my mouth, panting expectantly, longing for your commands. 132 Come and show me your mercy, as you do for all who love your name.
HELP
Help Lord. I don’t know how to say the right thing. I persist in doing those things that do not honor YOU. Fill my mind, my heart, and my actions with Your wisdom, mercy, grace and peace. You alone comfort me Jesus. I love you.
09/19 Psalm 119:126-129
LORD, it is time for you to act, for these evil people have broken your law. 127 Truly, I love your commands more than gold, even the finest gold. 128 Truly, each of your commandments is right. That is why I hate every false way. 129 Your decrees are wonderful. No wonder I obey them!
RIGHT
God’s way is the right way. There is no other way. We come to God based on the work that Jesus Christ did for us on the Cross. We are forgiven. His Word says that and if we trust Him then we can trust His Word.
09/18 Psalm 119:125
Give discernment to me, your servant; then I will understand your decrees.
NEED
You need to know what to do next. The world is a chaotic, confusing place but Jesus will change that for us giving us grace, mercy and peace. Let the Lord lead you and He will not desert you.
09/17 Psalm 119:123-124
My eyes strain to see your deliverance, to see the truth of your promise fulfilled. 124 I am your servant; deal with me in unfailing love, and teach me your principles.
REQUEST
Request what you need from the Lord. Jesus will equip you for real life, eternal life from this moment forward. Jesus is Lord and He will give you what you need to live your life under His control.
09/16 Psalm 119:120-122
I tremble in fear of you; I fear your judgments. 121 Don’t leave me to the mercy of my enemies, for I have done what is just and right. 122 Please guarantee a blessing for me. Don’t let those who are arrogant oppress me!
FEAR
Fear God and you will not have to fear anyone or anything else. Jesus brings us life. When we accept life in Christ we are freed from oppression by the world. Ask Jesus to forgive you and give you life and He will.
