01/27 Psalm 139:1
1 O LORD, you have examined my heart and know everything about me.
AMAZING
HE, the Lord knows everything about you. That means there is nothing about you that is unknown to the Lord.
01/27 Psalm 139:1
1 O LORD, you have examined my heart and know everything about me.
AMAZING
HE, the Lord knows everything about you. That means there is nothing about you that is unknown to the Lord.
01/26 John 15:10
10 When you obey my commandments, you remain in my love, just as I obey my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.
LOVE
Love is a verb. It is something we do. We obey Jesus and we love and remain in His love. Jesus loves you and me. He died to pay the price for our sin. He is Lord.
01/25 Matthew 21:20-22
20 The disciples were amazed when they saw this and asked, “How did the fig tree wither so quickly?” 21Then Jesus told them, “I tell you the truth, if you have faith and don’t doubt, you can do things like this and much more. You can even say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. 22 You can pray for anything, and if you have faith, you will receive it.”
FAITH
Jesus said to have faith in Him. When we focus our life on Him and develop real faith in Him we can pray for anything and if we have faith we will receive it. The problem is that while things are going good that we can see we have faith but all too often when we can’t see the things we want to happen happening our faith quickly fades. Jesus said have faith in Him and not just in the product we are seeking. Have faith in Jesus.
01/24 Psalm 10:4
4 The wicked are too proud to seek God. They seem to think that God is dead.
ALIVE
God is not dead. He is very much alive. Trust in Jesus and you will know that the Lord God is alive for He will speak to your life. When you trust in Him He will lead, guide and direct your path. Trust in the Lord and you will be alive in Him.
01/23 Proverbs 10:28-29
28 The hopes of the godly result in happiness, but the expectations of the wicked come to nothing. 29 The way of the LORD is a stronghold to those with integrity, but it destroys the wicked.
HOPES
We have our hope in Jesus Christ. He is our salvation and our stronghold. He is here with us and equips us for living.
01/22 Psalm 47:1-2
1 Come, everyone! Clap your hands! Shout to God with joyful praise! 2 For the LORD Most High is awesome. He is the great King of all the earth.
JOY
Our Lord is awesome. He knows all things about us and loves us. Shout for joy for the Lord loves you.
01/21 Psalm 5:4-8
O God, you take no pleasure in wickedness; you cannot tolerate the sins of the wicked. 5 Therefore, the proud may not stand in your presence, for you hate all who do evil. 6 You will destroy those who tell lies. The LORD detests murderers and deceivers. 7 Because of your unfailing love, I can enter your house; I will worship at your Temple with deepest awe. 8Lead me in the right path, O LORD, or my enemies will conquer me. Make your way plain for me to follow.
WAY
I want the Lord to lead me in the correct way. That involves His unswerving involvement in my life. Jesus is here. He knows what is going on in my life and He knows what is important for me to do. Forgive me Lord for my foolish often sinful ways. I know that your way is the best way.
01/20 Psalm 5:1-3
1 O LORD, hear me as I pray; pay attention to my groaning. 2 Listen to my cry for help, my King and my God, for I pray to no one but you. 3 Listen to my voice in the morning, LORD. Each morning I bring my requests to you and wait expectantly.
HEAR
Jesus gives me access to the Father and confidence that the Father hears me. I cry out to the Lord God with the full knowledge that He hears me in a positive way and the Lord knows what to do about my situation and I can have confidence that He will do what is best for me. Our God hears us.
01/19 Mark 4:
30 Jesus said, “How can I describe the Kingdom of God? What story should I use to illustrate it? 31 It is like a mustard seed planted in the ground. It is the smallest of all seeds, 32 but it becomes the largest of all garden plants; it grows long branches, and birds can make nests in its shade.” 33 Jesus used many similar stories and illustrations to teach the people as much as they could understand. 34 In fact, in his public ministry he never taught without using parables; but afterward, when he was alone with his disciples, he explained everything to them.
SEED
Take your seed faith and invest it in Jesus. Trust Him, spend time with Him, get to know Him and grow in your confidence in Jesus. That seed faith beginning in Christ will grow you to be Christ-like in every way. We want to become like Jesus. Trust him now. Start where you are. Day by day you will grow.
01/18 Psalm 3:1-8
1 O LORD, I have so many enemies; so many are against me. 2 So many are saying, “God will never rescue him!” Interlude 3 But you, O LORD, are a shield around me; you are my glory, the one who holds my head high. 4 I cried out to the LORD, and he answered me from his holy mountain. Interlude 5 I lay down and slept, yet I woke up in safety, for the LORD was watching over me. 6 I am not afraid of ten thousand enemies who surround me on every side. 7 Arise, O LORD ! Rescue me, my God! Slap all my enemies in the face! Shatter the teeth of the wicked! 8 Victory comes from you, O LORD . May you bless your people.
VICTORY
Victory comes from the Lord. Stay tuned to Jesus for in Him you will find victory. Praise the Lord as you face challenges and keep focused on Jesus. He is our victory.
