11/08          Isaiah 41:17

17 “When the poor and needy search for water and there is none, and their tongues are parched from thirst, then I, the LORD, will answer them. I, the God of Israel, will never abandon them.

HURTING

Are you hurting?  God is on your side.  He is looking for you to care for you.  Once you are found-Lord forgive me of my sin, come into my heart and save me-the Lord will never abandon you.  Salvation is a choice.  Being a part of the Lord’s family is the result of our salvation. 

11/07          Isaiah 41:13

13 For I hold you by your right hand— I, the LORD your God. And I say to you, ‘Don’t be afraid. I am here to help you. 

HERE

GOD, the Lord Jesus, is here with you.  The Lord holds you.  Nothing can take you out of His hands.  We are in God’s family and a part of what He is doing here on Earth.  Don’t be afraid for the Lord is here with you. 

11/06          Isaiah 41:10

10 Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. 

FEAR NOT

At the birth of Christ the Angel told them to FEAR NOT.  Throughout the Old Testament the prophets when encountering the Holy God were told to fear not.  Today I want you to know that you can live a life without fear.  There is nothing that the evil one can do to you without your permission.  Fear not the Lord is with you.  Live your life in Victory.  Jesus is alive. 

11/05          Isaiah 40:31

31 But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.

TRUST

Claim this promise.  The Lord is talking to you.  Trust in the Lord.  Apply this today and it will a pivot from bad to good. 

11/04          Isaiah 40:29

28 Have you never heard? Have you never understood? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of all the earth. He never grows weak or weary. No one can measure the depths of his understanding. 29 He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. 

JESUS

Jesus is Lord.  He is God’s Everything.  He is active in our lives and He will never let us go.  Whatever you need Jesus will have it for you.  Trust Him and obey His Word. 

11/03          Isaiah 40:8

8 The grass withers and the flowers fade, but the word of our God stands forever.” 

WORD

Trust God’s Word.  It is not passing away.  We can build our life upon it.  His Word gives us guidance and direction.  It is living and active in our life.  You can trust the Word of God to be accurate and timely.  Jesus is Lord. 

11/02          Exodus 14:14

14 The LORD himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.” 

HARD

It is hard to stay calm when the world is beating you up.  But the Lord says that we are to stay calm.  He is present.  He knows what is going on around us.  He will protect us.  Be calm. 

11/01          Revelation 2:10-11

10 Don’t be afraid of what you are about to suffer. The devil will throw some of you into prison to test you. You will suffer for ten days. But if you remain faithful even when facing death, I will give you the crown of life. 11 “Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches. Whoever is victorious will not be harmed by the second death.

JESUS

Jesus gives us the victory.  In Him we have the crown of life for He gives us His righteousness.  Today, whatever you are facing, Jesus declares victory in your life.  Today is the day to begin anew righteous living.  Today you can follow the Lord for He is present in your life and available for you to seek His counsel. 

10/31               Luke 11:2-4

2 Jesus said, “This is how you should pray: “Father, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come soon. 3 Give us each day the food we need, 4 and forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us. And don’t let us yield to temptation. ” 

PRAY

Follow the Lord’s direction when you pray.  Note that God the Father is the creator and keeper of our faith.  We need faith and we need Him every moment of our life.  Jesus is with us.  The Holy Spirit indwells us.  The Lord is good and He gives us all of the good things that make for a righteous life.  In Jesus we are alive and well for eternity. 

10/30               Luke 9:62

62 But Jesus told him, “Anyone who puts a hand to the plow and then looks back is not fit for the Kingdom of God.”

STAY

Stay with the Lord.  Claim your place.  Ask Jesus to forgive your sin and cleanse you from unrighteousness.  Never evaluate where you are now against where you come from.  Then you were dead in your trespasses and sin.  Now you are alive in Christ Jesus.  Keep moving forward step by step, day by day and follow Jesus all the remaining days of your life.  He is Lord.
