07/07               Ephesians 1:12-13 

God’s purpose was that we Jews who were the first to trust in Christ would bring praise and glory to God. 13 And now you Gentiles have also heard the truth, the Good News that God saves you. And when you believed in Christ, he identified you as his own by giving you the Holy Spirit, whom he promised long ago. 

HIS

We belong to Jesus and thank the Lord we do.  He cares for each one of us.  We have a personal relationship with Him.  His forgiveness has cleansed our past and His grace covers our future.  Praise the Lord, Jesus is my King. 

07/06               Ephesians 1:11 

Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything work out according to his plan. 

SAFE

Thank you Father for our life.  Thank you that we are safe in Christ.  Thank you that we can know that you care and are here with us-you lived as we live and yet without sin and then died for us.  Thank you Lord.  We are so grateful. 

07/05               Ephesians 1:9-10 

God has now revealed to us his mysterious plan regarding Christ, a plan to fulfill his own good pleasure. 10 And this is the plan: At the right time he will bring everything together under the authority of Christ—everything in heaven and on earth. 

JESUS

Jesus is God’s everything.  He will do all things and in end receive all things.  He is Lord of creation and completion.  Follow Jesus and He will lead you in the way you should go.  Jesus will not desert you nor will He let you drift away from His way.  Lord God almighty hear our need and answer our prayers and we know that you will. 

07/04               Ephesians 1:6-8 

So we praise God for the glorious grace he has poured out on us who belong to his dear Son. 7 He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins. 8 He has showered his kindness on us, along with all wisdom and understanding. 

PRAISE

GOD gives us showers of blessing with His grace.  It is poured out upon us lavishly because He loves us so much.  His love exceeds our ability to comprehend His devotion to us so He also lavishly gives us His wisdom and His understanding.  When you are facing difficulty of any kind ask the Lord and He will give you the wisdom and understanding you need to chart a course from problems to providence.  He will guide you and get you to where you need to go.  The only caveat is that you have to follow Him.  He will not push you if you refuse therefore seek Him with all your heart and He will draw near to you. 

07/03               Ephesians 1:4-5 

Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. 5 God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure. 

PLAN

God has a plan.  It includes you.  It has been in place before the beginning of anything and Has always been the same.  HIS plan is that you will be saved by His grace, the Lord Jesus, and that it is always a free gift from God.  His love calls us.  His love attracts us.  His love will sustain us as He pours out His eternal grace upon us and brings us into His family from the moment we surrender our heart to Him.  God is love and He loves us. 

07/02               Ephesians 1:3 

All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ. 

EVERY

Everything we need we have in Jesus.  Once you come to Jesus you don’t need anything else because Jesus is God’s everything.  He is Lord overall and He is our Lord.  Jesus is our source and our resource.  Talk with Him now and every minute from now on.  Draw near to Him and He will draw near to you. 

07/01               Ephesians 1:1-2 

This letter is from Paul, chosen by the will of God to be an apostle of Christ Jesus. I am writing to God’s holy people in Ephesus, who are faithful followers of Christ Jesus. 2 May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace. 

GIFT

Note that grace and peace are gifts from the Lord.  He gives us what we need and cannot earn-grace.  We are no longer at war with God and He has gifted us with His peace.  Two important things we need every day.  He is blessing us in all that we do and consistently giving us what we need and cannot earn every day.  Praise the Lord today.  He is worthy of all of our praise. 

06/30          Romans 4:23-25 

And when God counted him as righteous, it wasn’t just for Abraham’s benefit. It was recorded 24 for our benefit, too, assuring us that God will also count us as righteous if we believe in him, the one who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead.  25 He was handed over to die because of our sins, and he was raised to life to make us right with God.

BELIEVE

Believe God.  Believe His promises.  Believe what He says to you.  Follow through in obedience.  Let Him grow you faith.  Know that His Word is true.  Experience His fellowship with you.  Let Him have hold of your heart and know the truth.  The Lord God will do what He says He will do and will never forsake you.  When all else fails the Lord God will never fail.   

06/29          Romans 4:20-22 

Abraham never wavered in believing God’s promise. In fact, his faith grew stronger, and in this he brought glory to God. 21 He was fully convinced that God is able to do whatever he promises. 22 And because of Abraham’s faith, God counted him as righteous. 

GROW

Stand with the Lord.  Let Him grow your faith day by day.  Listen to His promises.  Pray.  Obey.  Watch as His promises to you become real the day of the promise and the actual fulfillment of the promise a foregone conclusion.  The Lord God almighty is more than able and faithful to do as He says.  He will do it. 

06/28          Romans 4:19 

And Abraham’s faith did not weaken, even though, at about 100 years of age, he figured his body was as good as dead—and so was Sarah’s womb. 

IMPOSSIBLE

The Lord is able.  Nothing is impossible with Him.  Stand firm. His Word is true.  He will not fail you.  Jesus will see you through.  Trust in Him and He will do it.
