29.       Love That Is Lavished

Ephesians 2:4–5
“But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved).”

God’s love is abundant—it is lavished. It is not measured or restrained; it is poured out richly upon you.

This love meets you in death and brings you to life. In Christ, you are not given a little grace—you are overwhelmed by it.

  • Jesus brings us from death to life.
  • God’s love is rich and abundant.
  • Grace is given freely and fully.

How to put this to work in my daily walk
Live with gratitude. Recognize the abundance of God’s grace in your life.

How can I grow in my love for God
Reflect on His mercy daily. Awareness fuels love.

Prayer
Father, thank You for lavishing Your love on me. You have given more than I could ever deserve.

Jesus, help me live in the fullness of Your grace. Let my life reflect gratitude and joy.
