18. Give Generously

  1. Give Generously
    Scripture: 2 Corinthians 9:7
    Relevant Scripture:
    “God loves a cheerful giver.”

Generosity changes lives. God often meets needs through the open hands of His people. To give is to imitate the God who gave His Son.

Generous believers become conduits of divine provision. Tightfisted believers limit their usefulness.

  • Generosity reflects God’s heart.
  • Giving is worship.
  • Open hands become useful hands.

How This Changes My Life Day by Day

  • I hold resources loosely.
  • I become more aware of needs.
  • I give joyfully, not grudgingly.
  • I trust God as my provider.

What This Equips Me To Do

  • Meet practical needs.
  • Support kingdom work.
  • Demonstrate God’s generosity.

Prayer:
Lord Jesus, You gave everything for me. Free me from selfishness. Make me generous, cheerful, and eager to bless others for Your glory. Amen.
