17. Be a Peacemaker

  1. Be a Peacemaker
    Scripture: Matthew 5:9
    Relevant Scripture:
“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.”

Peacemakers change worlds. They enter conflict not to inflame it but to heal it. In a fractured world, believers should be agents of reconciliation.

Christ made peace through His blood; His people should spread peace through their conduct.

  • Peacemaking reflects the gospel.
  • Peace requires courage and humility.
  • Reconciliation honors Christ.

How This Changes My Life Day by Day

  • I stop feeding conflict.
  • I pursue reconciliation quickly.
  • I seek peace in relationships.
  • I become less combative.

What This Equips Me To Do

  • Heal relational fractures.
  • Bring gospel peace into conflict.
  • Model Christlike humility.

Prayer:
Lord Jesus, Prince of Peace, make me a peacemaker. Help me bring healing where there is division and reconciliation where there is conflict. Amen.
