OCT. 12 – A Model of Good Works

Titus 2:7  In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness.

Explanation: Trustworthiness is proven by example, not words alone. A consistent life adds weight to teaching. Integrity and dignity reflect the seriousness of Christ’s calling. The world longs to see authentic Christians—people whose lives confirm their message.

Example preaches louder than words.
Integrity builds credibility.
Dignity reveals the weight of truth.

Poem — “The Example”
Lives are read before sermons are heard.
Deeds prove what lips declare.
Integrity binds actions and words.
Trust grows where character is steady.
The gospel shines in embodied truth.

Teaching must match living.
Disciples must mirror the Master.
The world seeks authenticity.
The church thrives on honesty.
God delights in consistent witness.

A model invites imitation.
A pattern shapes generations.
A faithful life silences critics.
A steady walk builds trust.
A Christlike example honors God.

Prayer: Lord, let my life model good works. May my words gain weight because of integrity. Help me carry myself with seriousness.
Father, may my example draw others to Christ. Let integrity guard me and give credibility to my teaching. Amen.
