July 9: We Are Guarded by God’s Power

“Who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.”
— 1 Peter 1:5 (NKJV)

5 Points:

  1. God’s power, not our strength, keeps us secure.
  2. Faith is the hand that holds onto His promises.
  3. Salvation is both present and future assurance.
  4. God’s keeping is active and protective.
  5. Our future is guarded by divine strength, not human ability.

Poem: Guarded Until the End

You stand between me and the night.
You shield the road I cannot see.
Your voice bends around every blow.
Your hands hold the map of hope.
Your strength seals the coming day.

The battles I fear are not mine alone.
The storms I dread do not define the end.
You lift a banner of unseen fire.
You carve victories in silent ground.
You keep what my eyes forget.

Faith is the thread that pulls me close.
Faith is the whisper that grips your hand.
When fear rises, faith sings louder.
When doubt shakes, faith steps again.
When night grows cold, faith clings still.

You do not sleep while trouble spins.
You do not tire when the world weeps.
You hold the edge of coming storms.
You gather the broken days into crowns.
You keep the future safe in you.

Today I live guarded by your hand.
Today I walk under the shield of faith.
You are the fortress of my hope.
You are the power that secures my soul.
You are the God who carries me home.
