Today's Good News

7/08 Psalm 4:1-2
For the choir director: A psalm of David, to be accompanied by stringed instruments. Answer me when I call, O God who declares me innocent. Take away my distress. Have mercy on me and hear my prayer. How long will you people ruin my reputation? How long will you make these groundless accusations? How long will you pursue lies? Interlude
We need the Lord. Many times we cry out in the midst of our anguish. Do we really believe the Lord will respond? The Psalmist does. So do we. Remember the past times that the Lord has responded to your need. He will do it again. The Lord is faithful and He will not leave you in a lurch. Trust in the Lord.
