FREEDOM

The Spirit of the Lord was upon Him,
Moving in power and grace,
To bring freedom to the captive,
To bring sight to the blind,
To bind up the brokenhearted.

He stood and read the ancient scroll,
Declaring what was fulfilled,
That healing had come to the world,
That darkness would not prevail,
That the oppressed would be free.

Not just for one, but for all,
The kingdom had arrived,
The lost would hear the good news,
The weary would find rest,
And the hopeless would rejoice.

Even now, the Spirit moves,
Even now, freedom comes,
For Jesus has not changed,
And those who call on His name,
Will know the power of His love.

GET WELL

Signs will follow those who believe,
The sick will rise from their beds,
The broken will be restored,
By hands stretched in faith,
And hearts trusting in His power.

Not in human strength or wisdom,
But in the name that reigns above,
The name that darkness flees from,
The name that sickness cannot withstand,
The name of Jesus, our healer.

They will lay hands upon the sick,
And healing will come as promised,
Not by their might but His,
For His power moves through faith,
And His mercy extends to all.

We stand as vessels of His grace,
Carriers of His mighty works,
Not in fear but in boldness,
For He is with us always,
Working through those who believe.

FREED FROM SUFFERING

She had suffered for many years,
A burden none could relieve,
Hope had faded with time,
Until she reached out in faith,
And touched the hem of His robe.

No words were spoken in the crowd,
Yet power moved at her touch,
Healing flowed from His presence,
Strength returned to her body,
Her suffering met its end.

“Daughter, your faith has healed you,”
Words of kindness and peace,
Not just a body restored,
But a soul made whole,
A life redeemed by love.

Still, He walks among His people,
Still, He responds to the touch of faith,
Not one is overlooked by His gaze,
And those who reach for Him,
Will find healing in His name.

PROCLAIMING THE GOOD NEWS

Through villages and towns He walked,
Speaking words that stirred the heart,
The message of the kingdom proclaimed,
With hands that lifted the weak,
And healing that touched the sick.

No disease was beyond His reach,
No affliction too strong for His power,
The blind opened their eyes,
The lame found strength in their bones,
The broken rose with joy.

The kingdom He spoke was near,
Not in words alone but in deeds,
For healing flowed where He walked,
Restoration came at His word,
And hope was alive in their midst.

Even now, His kingdom remains,
His healing still flows in power,
His love reaches across the years,
And those who trust in His name,
Will walk in the wholeness He gives.

05/05          Matthew 8:16-17 TRUST IN HIM

“When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to Him, and He drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick. This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah: ‘He took up our infirmities and bore our diseases.'”

TRUST IN HIM

The evening fell, yet the crowds still came,
The broken, the burdened, the lost,
And with a word, the sickness fled,
With a touch, the chains fell away,
For Jesus bore their pain.

He carried the sorrow of the afflicted,
Took upon Himself the weight of sin,
What was written came to pass,
That He would take our infirmities,
And bear our diseases.

Not one was turned away,
Not one left without hope,
For His mercy knows no boundary,
And His love has no limit,
To all who come in faith.

Even now, His power remains,
His hands still reach the weary,
His word still speaks to the broken,
And those who trust in Him,
Will find healing in His name.

05/04          Jeremiah 17:14 – HEALING IS IN YOUR HAND

  3. God’s healing is both a physical and spiritual transformation.
  4. Trust in God’s healing power brings security.
  5. Declaring God’s promises strengthens faith for healing.

HEALING IN YOUR HAND

Heal me, O Lord, and I am healed,
For there is no cure apart from You,
No wisdom beyond Your command,
No hope apart from Your mercy,
No peace outside Your embrace.

You are the One who saves,
Who lifts the broken from the dust,
Who turns mourning into dancing,
Who restores what time has stolen,
Who speaks life into weary souls.

My heart clings to Your promise,
My lips declare Your name,
For even in the shadow of doubt,
Your word stands unshaken,
And Your power remains.

So I lift my voice in praise,
Even before the healing comes,
For I know You are faithful,
And my healing is in Your hands,
Both now and forevermore.

05/03          Isaiah 53:5 – HEALING

HEALING COMPLETE

A man stood silent before His accusers,
Bearing wounds not His own,
Upon His back lay our sorrow,
Upon His shoulders, our shame,
Upon His body, our healing.

Each stripe was a mark of love,
Each wound a cry for redemption,
He was crushed, yet we were lifted,
He was broken, yet we were restored,
He was pierced, yet we were healed.

The weight of sin was laid upon Him,
The punishment that brought us peace,
Through suffering, He secured salvation,
Through sorrow, He gave us joy,
Through death, He gave us life.

By His wounds, we are made whole,
By His love, we are drawn near,
No sickness stands against His power,
No pain is beyond His reach,
For in Christ, healing is complete

PRAISE

Let my soul not forget His mercy,
For His goodness stretches beyond the skies,
He has taken my sins and thrown them away,
And with gentle hands,
He restores what was broken.

Sickness bows before His command,
The weary find new strength in Him,
His words breathe life into our bones,
And every wound is touched with grace,
For the Lord is faithful.

His healing flows from His love,
It is not earned nor taken by force,
It is given by the One who forgives,
Who redeems and restores,
And binds up the wounds of the soul.

So praise Him with unshaken joy,
Lift up hands in gratitude,
For He is the Lord who heals,
And His mercy never fades,
He reigns with compassion forever.

05/01          Exodus 15:26 THE VOICE

“He said, ‘If you listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what is right in His eyes, if you pay attention to His commands and keep all His decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.’”

  1. Obedience to God aligns us with His protection and healing.
  2. God reveals Himself as Jehovah Rapha, “The Lord Who Heals.”
  3. God’s healing is connected to keeping His commandments.
  4. Divine healing is an expression of God’s covenant with His people.
  5. Healing is not only physical but also spiritual restoration.

THE VOICE

The voice of the Lord calls His people,
To walk in the ways He has shown,
To listen and trust in His wisdom,
To follow His words with reverence,
And dwell beneath His hand of mercy.

Diseases may come upon the earth,
But His hand shields the obedient,
His covenant is wrapped in healing,
For He is Jehovah Rapha,
The God who restores and makes whole.

Healing is more than the body’s relief,
It is the mending of a weary soul,
A cleansing from the weight of sin,
A renewal in the presence of the Lord,
A life made whole in His grace.

So come before the Healer’s throne,
With faith that trusts in His ways,
With hearts inclined to obedience,
With eyes fixed upon His promises,
And receive the wholeness He gives.

04/30           Colossians 3:16

“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.”

Key Points:

  1. God’s Word Must Fill Our Lives – Growth happens when we immerse ourselves in Scripture (Psalm 119:11).
  2. Teaching and Encouraging Others is Essential – Growth is not just personal; it’s communal (Hebrews 10:24-25).
  3. Worship is a Response to Spiritual Growth – A heart filled with the Word overflows in praise (Ephesians 5:19).
  4. Gratitude Strengthens Our Faith – A thankful heart keeps us anchored in Christ (Philippians 4:6-7).

LET THE WORD

Your words are more than passing breath,
They fill the soul, they shape the mind,
They lead my feet, they light the path,
A truth that never fades.

Let wisdom grow, let voices rise,
Let hearts be taught in love,
Not for knowledge, not for gain,
But to walk as You have called.

Songs of mercy, songs of grace,
A melody of truth and life,
For every voice, for every heart,
A song of who You are.

In gratitude, my soul remains,
In worship, let my life be known,
Not in silence, not in fear,
But in the fullness of Your word.

Let Your word dwell deep inside,
Let it shape my heart and mind,
With wisdom, truth, and songs of joy,
I will walk in all You are.
