03. The Shepherd Who Strengthens My Soul

  1. Scripture: Psalm 23:3
“He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.”

The Shepherd strengthens what is weak. Restoration is not something we achieve—it is something Jesus does. He brings back what has wandered, heals what has been wounded, and renews what has grown weary.

He guides us not because we deserve it, but for His name’s sake. His faithfulness is rooted in His character. That is why we can trust Him to restore again and again.

  • Restoration is the work of the Shepherd.
  • Jesus heals what we cannot fix.
  • His guidance reflects His character, not our worthiness.

How to add this to my daily walk:

  • Confess quickly when you drift.
  • Trust Jesus to restore your soul.
  • Walk daily in His Word for direction.
  • Remember your life reflects His name.

Prayer:
Lord Jesus, my soul grows tired and sometimes wanders. Thank You that You restore me in Your mercy.

Strengthen me today. Guide me in Your righteousness. Let my life reflect Your name, and keep me close to You in every step I take. Amen.
