Lift my desire, Lord,
beyond the temporary,
toward the place
where Christ reigns.
Set my spirit
on higher things,
steady and bright
with hope.
Above is my treasure,
above is my life,
found in You
alone.
Prayer
Lord, turn my pursuit toward what is above. Fix my desire on Christ and let eternal truth guide my earthly steps. Anchor me in the things that last.
