“Put on the new self, which in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of the truth.” (Ephesians 4:24)
Denying self makes room for something new—Christ’s nature formed within. Putting on the new self means living according to who we now are in Him. Righteousness and holiness are not impossible demands but Spirit-born realities being shaped in us daily.

Clothe me, Lord,
in Your newness,
woven with grace
and truth.
Let righteousness grow
where sin once ruled,
and holiness shine
in quiet ways.
Your likeness forms slowly,
but surely,
as I yield
to Your hands.

Lord, help me put on the new self You created in me. Shape my heart in righteousness and holiness. Let the beauty of Christ be seen in all I do and am.
