03/23   SERVE THE LORD WITH GLADNESS

“Serve the Lord with gladness; come before Him with joyful singing.” (Psalm 100:2)
Service is worship in motion. Gladness transforms duty into devotion. God delights in a willing heart that serves out of gratitude, not guilt. Christ served us first, and His example shapes our service—joyful, humble, and sacrificial.

  • Service reveals the heart’s devotion.
  • Joy strengthens the work God gives us.
  • Christ’s service is the model for ours.

Poem – Hands Offered
I bring what I have,
simple and small,
placing it before You
with gratitude.

You make my serving
an act of worship,
lifting it higher
than I can see.

Gladness fills the work,
because You are near,
receiving every
willing offering.

Prayer
Lord, let my service be joyful and sincere. Use what I offer for Your glory. Shape my heart with humility and gratitude. Let Christ’s example guide my hands and my spirit as I serve You today.
