03/21   MEDITATE ON HIS TRUTH

“But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night.” (Psalm 1:2)
Meditation anchors the mind to God’s truth. It turns Scripture from information into transformation. As we dwell on His words, His Spirit renews our thinking and strengthens our walk. Meditation quiets the noise and fills the soul with clarity.

  • Meditation presses the Word into the heart.
  • What we dwell on shapes who we become.
  • Christ is the center of all true meditation.

Poem – Words That Stay
Your truth settles in me,
quiet but strong,
speaking again and again
to my wandering thoughts.

I ponder Your ways
until peace rises,
guiding my steps
into steady places.

Your Word becomes life,
written deep within,
holding me when
everything shifts.

Prayer
Lord, teach me to meditate on Your Word. Let truth settle deep, calming my mind and shaping my heart. Make Scripture my constant companion, and let Christ be the focus of my thoughts.
