“God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” (John 4:24)
Worship is the heart responding to God’s revelation. It is not ritual or performance but reality and sincerity. True worship anchors itself in Christ, who reveals the Father. When truth fuels worship, the Spirit lifts our hearts into communion with God.
- Worship is truth set on fire by the Spirit.
- Jesus is the center and substance of worship.
- God seeks worshipers before He seeks works.
Poem – The Offering of the Heart
I bring no polished words,
only a willing heart,
open before Your glory,
lifted by Your grace.
Your truth steadies my praise,
giving shape to my surrender,
guiding every breath
toward the Father’s love.
You receive what I offer,
simple and unadorned,
because Christ stands with me,
making my worship whole.
Prayer
Father, receive my worship today. Let Your Spirit kindle sincerity within me, and let Your truth guide every expression of praise. Jesus, be the center of my adoration. Draw my heart into real communion with You.
