OCT. 22 – A Living Hope

1 Peter 1:3  Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

Explanation: Hope is alive because Christ is alive. His resurrection is not only past victory but present power. New birth brings us into this hope that never perishes. Living hope carries us through suffering and points us to eternal glory.

The resurrection secures our hope.
New birth places us into living hope.
Living hope outlasts despair.

Poem — “Hope Alive”
Mercy births new life.
The empty tomb proves power.
Death is defeated.
The believer holds assurance.
Christ guarantees glory.

Hope breathes through sorrow.
Hope carries in trial.
Hope survives the night.
Hope sings in the dark.
Hope thrives in Christ.

Living hope never dies.
Living hope cannot fade.
Living hope sustains us.
Living hope is Christ Himself.
Living hope is forever.

Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank You for living hope through Your resurrection. Let this hope define me and carry me in suffering.
Father, may I live daily in the power of this living hope. Let others see in me the assurance of Christ’s victory. Amen.
