The fear of the Lord changes our relationship with possessions. Reverence teaches us that everything belongs to God. Wealth, success, and material comfort are temporary, but Christ is eternal.
A heart that fears God refuses to worship money, status, or earthly security. Holy fear restores eternal perspective.

• Give generously and cheerfully.
• Hold possessions loosely before God.
• Seek eternal treasure above earthly gain.
