  1. Fear Of The Lord Means Rejecting The Fear Of Man

Proverbs 29:25 — “The fear of man brings a snare.”

Matthew 10:28 — “Fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”

Galatians 1:10 — “If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a bond-servant of Christ.”

The fear of the Lord frees believers from slavery to human opinion. Many people compromise truth because they fear rejection more than they fear dishonoring God. Holy fear restores courage.

Jesus stood firm before crowds, rulers, and enemies because He feared the Father above all else.

• Fear of people weakens conviction.
• Reverence strengthens courage.
• Fear of God produces spiritual boldness.

What this means:
• Pleasing God matters most.
• Human approval is temporary.
• Truth must not be compromised.
• Reverence strengthens faithfulness.

Daily walk:
• Stand for truth graciously but firmly.
• Refuse compromise for acceptance.
• Seek God’s approval above man’s.
