11/28 – God’s Kingdom

Matthew 6:33 (NASB)
“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided to you.”

Devotional Thought:
Gratitude flourishes when we put God’s kingdom first. His priorities become ours, and His provision follows where His reign is honored.

Three Comments:

  1. Gratitude values God’s kingdom over earthly gain.
  2. Seeking first keeps our hearts aligned with His will.
  3. Gratitude trusts His promise to provide.

Poem – “The First Pursuit”
The kingdom is not hidden,
It is found in seeking God,
Righteousness leads the way,
Provision follows the path,
Blessing rests on the faithful.

The world chases after much,
But the heart that seeks first is filled,
The Lord provides in abundance,
The soul rests in His care,
The spirit rejoices in His reign.

Gratitude seeks the eternal,
Faith embraces His rule,
Hope trusts His promise,
Peace rests in His provision,
Joy sings in His kingdom.

Prayer:
Lord, thank You that Your kingdom is worth seeking above all else. Thank You that You provide for all who put You first.
Teach me to live with gratitude for Your reign. May my life today reflect the priorities of Your kingdom.
