09. I am chosen for a purpose

09. 1 Peter 2:9
“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood… so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”

God’s choosing is not random—it is purposeful. I have been called out of darkness not just to be saved, but to shine. My life is meant to declare who He is.

  • I am chosen by grace, not merit.
  • My life has divine purpose.
  • I exist to proclaim Christ.

How this helps me grow in Christ

  • It gives meaning to my daily life.
  • It motivates me to live intentionally.
  • It directs my focus outward to others.

How to implement this daily

  • Look for opportunities to speak about Christ.
  • Live in a way that reflects His character.
  • Remember you are on mission wherever you go.

Prayer
Lord Jesus, thank You for choosing me. Use my life today to reflect Your glory. Help me to live with purpose and to speak of You with boldness and love.
