03/09   YIELD TO THE HOLY SPIRIT

“Walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh.” (Galatians 5:16)
Life with God is not powered by willpower but by the Spirit. Yielding is the surrender that releases His strength into our weakness. The Spirit shapes our desires, redirects our choices, and empowers our obedience. Where He leads, freedom follows.

  • The Spirit overcomes what the flesh cannot.
  • Freedom comes from yielding, not striving.
  • The Spirit leads us into Christlikeness.

Poem – Breath of Strength
Your Spirit moves within me,
quiet yet unstoppable,
calling me out of my weakness
into Your strength.

You reshape my desires,
turning me from lesser paths,
guiding my heart
toward holy ground.

I yield again today,
letting Your life lead mine,
trusting Your breath
to make me new.

Prayer
Holy Spirit, lead me today. Overcome the weakness of my flesh and direct my steps into obedience. Shape my desires, renew my mind, and empower my walk. Let Christ be seen in me as I yield to Your work.
