1 Peter 1:3 (NASB)
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who, according to His great mercy, has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.”
Devotional Thought:
Our new birth brings us a living hope. Gratitude rejoices that hope is alive because Jesus lives.

Poem – “The Living Hope”
The mercy was great,
The birth was new,
The hope alive,
The promise sure,
The life eternal.
The grave was empty,
The Christ was risen,
The hope was certain,
The joy complete,
The love secure.
Gratitude lives in hope,
Faith trusts His life,
Hope rests in His victory,
Peace flows from His mercy,
Joy sings His name.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You that You caused me to be born again to a living hope. Thank You that Christ’s resurrection secures it.
Teach me to live each day in gratitude for this living hope. May my life reflect its joy to others.
