11/11          Psalm 55:16

But I will call on God, and the LORD will rescue me. 17 Morning, noon, and night I cry out in my distress, and the LORD hears my voice.

NOW

We are now creatures.  We experience need and activity now.  We are oppressed by yesterday and often overwhelmed by tomorrow but the truth is that everything we do is in the now.  Time with the Lord is time well spent.  Do it now.  

11/10          Isaiah 43:25

“I—yes, I alone—will blot out your sins for my own sake and will never think of them again.

FORGIVEN

Jesus has forgiven you of all your sin-past, present and future.  This isn’t an opportunity for sin but instead is a call to righteous living.  We live in His righteousness for He has forgiven us of our sin and we are alive in Jesus.  Today is your day.  You are alive in Christ.  Filled with the Holy Spirit you belong to the Lord. 

11/09          1 Peter 4:19

So if you are suffering in a manner that pleases God, keep on doing what is right, and trust your lives to the God who created you, for he will never fail you.

COMPLETE

We are complete in Jesus Christ.  He gives us everything we need.  There are no second class citizens in the Kingdom of God for each one of us is made whole by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.  Jesus is Lord and He is God’s everything. 

11/08          1 Peter 2:24

He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds you are healed.

HEALED

How is your day going?  If Jesus is your Lord, by faith, you are having a good day.  He has healed you of all your sin.  He has reunited you with the Father.  You are now a member of the Family of God.  Praise the Lord Jesus for saving you. 

11/07          Proverbs 3:5

Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. 6 Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.

SEEK

Seek the Lord’s will for your life.  You do this first by loving those you can see and He will build your love for Himself whom you cannot see.  The Lord is good and His mercy is over abundant towards you.  Trust the Lord, seek His face and serve Him.

11/06          Psalm 147:1

Praise the LORD ! How good to sing praises to our God! How delightful and how fitting! 2 The LORD is rebuilding Jerusalem and bringing the exiles back to Israel. 3 He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds. 4 He counts the stars and calls them all by name. 5 How great is our Lord! His power is absolute! His understanding is beyond comprehension! 6 The LORD supports the humble, but he brings the wicked down into the dust. 7 Sing out your thanks to the LORD ; sing praises to our God with a harp.

THANK YOU

Thank you Lord, thank you for your presence.  You guide me with your strong right hand.  You equip my mind and heart to love you and to care for those around me.  Oh mighty God how majestic is your name, how wonderful your graciousness.  Your kindnesses towards me are uncountable.  Great is your faithfulness.  Praise the Lord for He is greater than anything. 

11/05          2 Corinthians 12:9

Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.

POWER

His power is perfected in your weakness.  The Lord doesn’t call world changers.  He calls usable people and He equips them to be world changers.  His power is available for you just ask Him.  The Lord God is here with you and He is seeking to help you live a life of Godliness. 

11/04          John 14:27

“I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.

FEAR NOT

Fear not for the Lord is giving you His peace.  His peace is a quiet confidence that all things will work together for good and that the Lord is on your side.  Jesus is Lord. 

11/03          Matthew 11:28

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”

COME

Come to Jesus.  He knows you better than you know yourself.  He will guide you step by step as you strive to get your life on track.  If you are on track He will equip you to grow and mature in Christ likeness.  Jesus has His eye on you.  He cares for you.  Come to Jesus and He will help you carry your burden. 

11/02          Isaiah 41:10

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.

COURAGE

Be of good courage for the Lord has your back.  When life is hard and a win is harder to come by you do not have to fear for the Lord is with you.  Jesus will not let you go.  Victory has been won and we belong to the Son.  Jesus is Lord.
